Self-tapping and self-drilling screws have to cut their own way into steel, wood or plastic, so point geometry and case hardness matter more than raw torque. Chenfeng runs high-speed headers that form the drill point, wings and thread in one pass, then case-hardens the screw and applies a coating that survives 500 to 1,000 hours of salt spray depending on the finish you choose. We supply pan, countersunk, hex washer and truss head screws with Phillips, Pozi, Torx, square and hex drives, in black phosphate, zinc, ruspert and stainless. Sizes from ST2.2 to ST8, length 6 mm to 200 mm, and fully custom lengths for OEM packaging.
Cross recess pan head self-tapping screw with a sharp point, case hardened so it cuts its own thread in sheet steel, plastics and wood. The volume workhorse of assembly lines.
Countersunk head sits flush with the panel surface, used for cladding, panels and any application where a protruding head is not acceptable.
Hex washer head combines the drive and the bearing flange in one part. Driven by socket or nut runner for fast, torque-controlled assembly.
Drill point drills through steel up to 6 mm then forms its own thread, removing the need to pre-drill. Wings under the head enlarge the hole in timber so panels are pulled down tight.
Fine or coarse thread drywall screw with a bugle head that dimples the board without tearing the paper. Coarse thread for timber studs, fine thread for metal studs.
Fully threaded screw for use with a nut or a tapped hole. Clean pan head, available in brass for electrical and decorative use.
Heavy duty wood screw with a hexagonal head for wrench driving and a coarse thread that bites deep into timber. Used for sleepers, pallets and timber construction.
Partial thread with a sharp point and a reduced shank on longer sizes, designed for particle board and MDF furniture without splitting the panel.
