Hebei Chenfeng Fastener Export Co., Ltd. is a factory-based fastener exporter. Our production and sourcing base sits in Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei — the cluster that made 7.8 million tons of fasteners in 2025, worth RMB 55.16 billion, and accounts for roughly 58% of China's fastener output.

Where we come from
Yongnian has been forging iron since the Spring and Autumn period, and it has been making screws and nuts at industrial scale since the 1970s. Today the district runs more than 30,000 fastener businesses, employs around 340,000 people and produces all 12 major categories and 289 sub-categories listed in the Chinese fastener standard catalogue — over 30,000 specifications in total. Being based here means we can source a special part in a morning instead of a month, and it means our prices reflect factory cost rather than a trading margin layered twice.
What we actually do
We manufacture the fasteners we are good at — bolts, nuts, screws, washers and threaded rods — on our own cold heading and thread rolling lines. For product families where scale matters more than ownership, such as rigging hardware, anchors and building fittings, we work with a small group of long-term partner workshops in the same industrial park and control them with our own incoming inspection, so you still get one contract, one quality standard and one document set.
How we work with buyers
Most of our overseas customers are distributors, wholesalers and OEM purchasing departments who order repeatedly and care about consistency more than the last cent of price. That is why we keep a named sales engineer on every account, keep batch records by heat number, and keep a reference sample of every item we ship so a complaint can be checked against the actual shipment rather than an argument.
Where we are going
Yongnian is moving up from volume to value: hot dip galvanizing for outdoor structures, stainless and alloy grades for chemical, marine and energy applications, certified lifting hardware, and non-standard parts made to drawing. We are investing in the same direction, because our buyers are being asked for higher grades by their own customers and we would rather grow with them than compete on price alone.
How we work

Whether a part comes off our line or a partner line, it is inspected against the same drawing and the same gauges before it is packed.
Tell you when we cannot do it
If a tolerance, a grade or a lead time is not achievable, we say so before you place the order instead of after.
Documents that clear customs
Correct HS codes, accurate weights, mill certificates and certificates of origin. Boring, but it is what stops containers sitting at port.
Same answer next time
Reference samples, heat numbers and inspection records are kept per item, so a repeat order behaves like the first one.
