Cold-forged bolts from M3 to M64 — hex head, socket cap, flange, carriage and heavy hex structural bolts in grades 4.8 to 12.9.
Bolts carry the load in almost every bolted joint, and the difference between a bolt that holds and one that fails comes down to raw material, forging temperature, thread tolerance and heat treatment. Chenfeng produces hex head bolts, socket head cap screws, flange bolts, carriage bolts and heavy hex structural bolts from carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, with sizes running from M3 to M64 and lengths from 6 mm to 500 mm. Every batch is cold forged on multi-station headers, rolled rather than cut for stronger threads, then heat treated to the grade you specify. We supply against DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI/ASME, JIS and ASTM standards, and we machine non-standard heads and lengths on request.
The most widely used bolt in general engineering. Fully threaded shank, cold forged head, rolled thread for higher fatigue strength. Supplied with matching DIN 934 nuts and DIN 125 washers as a set.
Unthreaded shank absorbs shear load and allows the bolt to clamp over a thicker joint without losing thread engagement. Preferred for structural and machine connections.
High tensile socket screw with a machined cylindrical head, allowing a compact, recessed joint. Hex socket drives to high torque without cam-out. Ideal for tooling, dies and machinery.
Integrated serrated flange spreads load and resists vibration, removing the need for a separate washer. Common in automotive and appliance assembly where assembly speed matters.
For steel-to-steel structural connections. Supplied with heavy hex nut and hardened washer per set, in tension-control (TC) or large hex configuration with torque coefficient tested.
Threaded at both ends with a plain centre section, used where the joint must be dismantled frequently or where only one side is accessible. B7 / B8 grades for flange work.
Round head with a square neck that locks into timber and stops rotation, so only one wrench is needed. Standard choice for wooden structures, fencing and playground equipment.
90 degree countersunk head sits flush with the surface, giving a clean finish with no protruding head. Used in tooling, machine covers and precision assemblies.
