The part you cannot buy off the shelf is usually the one holding up your production line. Send us a drawing or a sample and Chenfeng will quote it: non-standard bolts and screws, cold headed specials, stamped brackets, CNC turned parts and small forgings. We start from 1,000 pieces for cold heading and 500 pieces for turning, produce a first-article sample for your approval before mass production, and supply PPAP-style dimensional reports on request. Tooling is made in-house, which keeps mould cost and lead time down compared with trading companies that outsourced the whole job.

Cold heading is cheaper and stronger than machining for high volume small parts. We form special pins, rivets, connectors, terminals and shaped fasteners on multi-station headers.
Progressive die stamping for brackets, clips, terminals, washers and cover plates. In-house tooling keeps mould cost down and lead time short.
Precision turned parts for small and medium volumes where tolerances are tight or the geometry can not be forged. Dimensional report supplied with each lot.
Hot forged and cast components with secondary machining, for parts too large or too complex for cold heading. Includes heat treatment and surface finishing.
